This Hyde Racing skid plate sump guard is made from carbon fiber / Kevlar® blend which means it is puncture and impact resistant. The Hyde Racing form fitting design restricts mud accumulation allowing for lower engine temperatures due to more air flow, as a result there is no loss of horsepower. Hyde Racing skid plates absorb sound instead of reflecting it offering superior impact absorption with no resonate noise.
