Hyde Racing exhaust guard and skid plate combination offers a sleek factory look which protects your pipe from roost and rocks as well as protect pants and boots from burns. Made of a Teflon/Co-Polymer, these revolutionary exhaust guard/skid plates come with stainless steel hardware, are abrasion resistant, will not dent, and will not crack or fatigue.

The Hyde Racing form fitting design restricts mud accumulation allowing for lower engine temperatures due to more air flow, as a result there is no loss of horsepower. Hyde Racing exhaust guard/skid plates absorb sound instead of reflecting it so they offer superior impact absorption with no resonate noise.

I looked at a lot of guards for my KTM and settled on the Hyde exhaust guard/skid plate and man am I glad I did! Super sturdy strong material with great coverage of the pipe. Bring on the rocks!

In South Africa we used Hyde exhaust/skid guards nearly exclusively except for some locally produced steel cage guards. Hyde was vastly superior to anything else for the rocks of ZA. I have just ordered one for my '16 300xcw here in the US and will post again once its installed regarding delivery and installation. As far as on the trail I have found nothing better... Update... Delivery was as expected and timely. Installation was a pain as usual, but worth it. Nothing like it for bashing trees and rocks!
